 Professionally, Kiera-Lee brings over six years of experience working directly in the disability sector. She has supported individuals and families across diverse needs and settings, developing a strong foundation in person-centred care and inclusive practice. 

She understands that every individual’s journey is unique, and she is passionate about tailoring support to meet the specific circumstances and goals of each person and family.

In addition to her work in disability services, Kiera-Lee has a background in aged care, having worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN). This role deepened her commitment to delivering compassionate and respectful care, while also broadening her understanding of the challenges experienced by both those receiving care and the families who support them. Her ongoing dedication to professional growth ensures that Journey Community Connections remains informed by best practice and innovation.

These combined lived and professional experiences inspired the creation of Journey Community Connections—a service built on empathy, integrity, and a genuine understanding of the journeys that families navigate every day.
