Community Access & Social Participation
Supporting you to connect with your community, build friendships, develop social skills and participate in activities you love.
We support participants to attend community events, join clubs, visit local attractions and build meaningful connections.
Assistance with Daily Living & Personal Care
Respectful, dignified support with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, meal preparation and daily routines.
Our trained staff provide hands-on assistance while always promoting independence and choice.
Who we can Support
As a registered Service Provider, we can Support NDIA Managed Participants, Self Managed and Plan Managed Participants.
We work with participants to develop daily living skills, manage household tasks and build confidence.
Short Term Accommodation (STA) & Respite
Short breaks for participants and peace of mind for families and carers.
STA provides a safe, supportive environment for participants to enjoy new experiences while carers take a well-earned break.
Transport to Appointments & Activities
Reliable, safe transport to medical appointments, community activities and social outings.
We help participants get where they need to be — safely, on time and with a friendly face.
Complex & Behaviour Support
Experienced, trauma-informed support for participants with Complex support needs, complex behaviours or psychosocial diagnoses.
Our team works collaboratively with behaviour support practitioners to implement positive behaviour support plans.
Skill Development & Capacity Building
Supporting participants to build life skills, confidence and independence across all areas of daily life.
From cooking and budgeting to communication and social skills — we help participants grow.
Out of Home Care (OOHC) Support
Specialist support for children and young people in out-of-home care, working alongside carers, caseworkers and families.
Trauma-informed, consistent and collaborative — we provide safe, nurturing support for young people in OOHC.
