Our team is made up of experienced, compassionate Support Workers who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of the people we support. We are family-owned and family-run — and that shows in everything we do.
Director & Founder
Kiera-Lee
Professionally, Kiera-Lee brings over 16 years of professional and personal experience working directly in the Disability and Aged Care sector. She has supported individuals and families across diverse needs and settings, developing a strong foundation in person-centred care and inclusive practice. Kiera-Lee has a background in Aged Care, having worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN). These combined lived and professional experiences inspired the creation of Journey Community Connections — a service built on empathy, integrity, and a genuine understanding of the journeys that families navigate every day.

What We're Looking For
- ✓NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- ✓Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
- ✓First Aid & CPR certificate
- ✓Valid driver licence and reliable vehicle
- ✓Genuine passion for disability support
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Flexibility to work across various shifts
