James brings 6 years of professional and lived experience in the Disability and Community Services Sector. He has extensive knowledge in supporting neurodivergent participants and a strong background in mentoring young people,
particularly those with experience in Out of Home Care (OOHC).
James is passionate about being a positive role model, encouraging growth, and building resilience through trust, guidance, and consistency. He takes a strengths-based approach, helping participants develop life skills, independence, and meaningful connections.

Jen is a compassionate and dedicated support worker who is passionate about empowering NDIS participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Jen's skilled in manual handling and personal care, she provides safe, respectful, and tailored support across daily living, community access, and skill development.
